About the Fund

Longreach Capital Advisors, in partnership with CVC is making CVC’s core evergreen private equity strategy, CVC-PE (as defined below), available to Australian wholesale investor clients via an Australian registered managed investment scheme structured as an Australian unit trust (with Evolution Trustees Limited as Responsible Entity and Longreach Alternatives Ltd as Investment Manager), CVC Private Equity (AUD) (“CVC-PE (AUD)”). CVC-PE Global Private Equity is a sub-fund of the CVC Private Equity Strategies Funds S.A. SICAV (“CVC-PE”), a European focused open-ended fund that invests directly into companies and other private assets alongside CVC’s other private equity funds.

Where private equity has historically been difficult to access, CVC-PE (AUD) is an investor-friendly structure, providing Australian Wholesale Investor clients access to CVC-PE via a single investment, featuring monthly subscriptions and limited liquidity, subject to quarterly caps of 5% of the NAV.
